Getting construction equipment from China for the first time not easy. I had tried to talk to factory but communication difficult because we not speak same language. Camamach gave many assistance to reach factory. Many thanks to them because they help us talk to factory buy equipment and also ship to my country.

I have previously used another supplier in China for our construction equipment in the past. They were quite happy to sell the equipment but the aftersales service was not so good. I had initially contacted Camamach to try and get some spare parts for some XCMG excavators. They responded very quickly and their quote was reasonable. Parts arrived quickly and worked as intended. No complaints.
